Our research revealed a market saturated with generic engineering brands. Key findings highlighted the opportunity for Masar to differentiate itself by emphasizing its unique blend of meticulous planning ('organized paths'), visionary architectural integration, and a premium service experience. The name 'Masar' (path) provided a strong conceptual foundation for the brand's narrative and visual elements.
